These businesses have either been through the process of having their products and services tested by others (or are in the process) as well as volunteering their own opinions on others on the site also.

Being a Work at Home Mum myself I know that being a mum, domestic engineer and running a business is a demanding combination. Most work at home parent don’t have huge budgets to start up with and often can’t afford employees, babysitters and cleaners to help them out from day one whilst they concentrate on the work at hand. They work very hard to develop their business to the point where they can afford such perks and to make choices like whether or not to move to a true 'bricks and mortar' business location.

Work at home parents find ways to do it all no matter how many people tell them it can't be done. As someone who takes a true systems engineering approach to life I didn’t know the true meaning of the word multi-tasking until I started my career as a mother alongside my business interests. We who work at home can feed the baby, keep the toddler entertained, talk on the phone, answer emails and cook dinner while fulfilling our customers orders, doing the bookkeeping and maintaining our websites. Truly every business owner featured on our web site deserves an award!
